In her new role, Askew will oversee the marketing team and help lead the release of a refreshed brand identity and acquisition-focused marketing strategy.

Askew, who was formerly innovation director, will also continue to lead the company’s thought leadership programme.

Sealy, previously head of client services at Strat7, will lead on both client growth and retention, having played a key role in reshaping the new business process and improving conversion rates.

In addition, Sealy will lead the development and delivery of growth strategies across the Researchbods client base.

Charlotte Moody, managing director at Strat7 Researchbods, said: “Both Sarah and Hannah have been driving real, positive change across the business.

“These promotions are about amplifying their impact and building a leadership team that reflects where we’re headed – more strategic, more innovative and more connected to our clients than ever before.”
